A positive workplace results from the conditions of its internal
environment and management system as well as from the traits of its
personnel. Although technological advancement has greatly enhanced
productivity, human resources still constitutes a critical success factor.
Specifically, while each organization places certain expectations on its
employees in terms of dedication and performance, the level at which they
actually carry out their duties and responsibilities depends on several variables,
including their physical and mental energy. To promote happiness, a business
has to make sure to support its staff through difficult times, help them to
maintain a healthy work-life balance, and put the factors in place that will
enable them to reach their full potential.
