A research and development study of partnership working model Between health and social organization: A case of quality of life development for elderly people, Nan Province.

Abstract

This research and development study of partnership working model between health and social organization in Nan Province aims to devel oped the partnership working model between health and social organization for aging population and assess for possibility in applying this model in further. The group discussion and quantity information were done in all of 470 participants including with aging care responsible in primary healthcare, director of sub-district health promoting hospital, chief of local administrative organization or aging care responsible in local administration organization and health volunteers in community who met inclusion criteria were enrolled for research population. The research instrument was rating 5 scale questionnaires while the descriptive study was done by SPSS for window and Smart PLS program for factors influence to variable for data analysis in this research as well.

                 The research results indicated the model of partnership working  between health organization and social community in case of aging quality of life development in Nan province including with 1)Strategic leadership 2) Information 3) Participatory for coordination working 4) Coordination working’s satisfaction and 5) Coverage of health care provision and socio-economy support  According to model driving, including with 1) Coordinated working  2) Human resource development and 3) Supporting systems as well.
