ผลของโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนต่อความรู้ และทักษะการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนหลัง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนต่อความรู้ และทักษะช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคมถึงตุลาคม 2566 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 และไม่เคยผ่านการอบรมการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนฯ แบบทดสอบความรู้ และแบบประเมินทักษะการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 1.0, 0.95 และ 0.91 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ สถิติค่าทีแบบจับคู่ (paired sample t–test)
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้การช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน หลังเข้าโปรแกรม (M=17.2, SD=4.84) สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรม (M=2.52, SD=1.76) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t=20.08, p<.05) ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนทักษะการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน หลังเข้าโปรแกรม (M=9.40, SD= .75) สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรม (M=3.48, SD=1.19) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t=30.94, p<.05)
ดังนั้นโปรแกรมการจัดการเรียนการสอนต่อความรู้ และทักษะการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นพื้นฐานของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1 สามารถนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาความรู้ การตัดสินใจ และทักษะการปฏิบัติ โดยมีจุดเน้นในการประมวลผลที่สามารถทำให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติได้อย่างถูกต้อง
