แนวทางการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาทางเทคโนโลยี : การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางสำหรับการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาผ่านทางระบบเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสาร
วิธีการ : ค้นคว้าในฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้แก่ PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Springer Link และ Web of Science โดยการสืบค้นข้อมูลย้อนหลังภายในระยะเวลา 10 ปี ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 2009 ถึง 2019 เป็นบทความที่เข้าถึงได้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย เกี่ยวข้องกับมาตรฐานและจรรยาบรรณการให้บริการปรึกษาเชิงจิตวิทยาผ่านสื่อเทคโนโลยี
ผล : มีวรรณกรรมที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คัดเลือกจำนวน 17 ฉบับ ส่วนใหญ่ให้ความสำคัญกับการรักษาความลับและการจัดการข้อมูล (ร้อยละ 82.4) ครึ่งหนึ่งให้ความสำคัญกับมาตรฐานการชี้แจงและการลงนามยินยอม (ร้อยละ 52.9) การประเมินและการปรึกษาหรือบำบัด มาตรฐานความสามารถ ความเชี่ยวชาญ ขอบเขตการให้บริการและความรับผิดชอบ และหลักการความปลอดภัยของการให้บริการ (ร้อยละ 47.1) และบางส่วนให้ความสำคัญกับมาตรฐานการพัฒนาบริการ (ร้อยละ 41.2) การเข้าถึงความรวดเร็ว ความสะดวกสบายในการรับบริการ และการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในด้านการแพทย์ (ร้อยละ 29.4) การจัดบริการ ที่สอดคล้องกับกฎหมาย (ร้อยละ 23.5) การศึกษาและการวิจัย (ร้อยละ 17.6) และการเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์ (ร้อยละ 5.9)
สรุป : ผลการศึกษาสามารถใช้เป็นกรอบในการดำเนินการให้บริการปรึกษาผ่านเทคโนโลยี ใช้อ้างอิงในการดำเนินกิจกรรม การให้บริการตามมาตรฐานที่สอดคล้องกับจรรยาบรรณ กฎหมาย และแนวทางปฏิบัติของแต่ละวิชาชีพ
