ความตรงและความเชื่อถือได้ของดัชนีชี้วัดความเครียดผู้ปกครองของเด็กอายุ 1 เดือน ถึง 12 ปี

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: ตรวจสอบความตรงและความเชื่อถือได้ของดัชนีชี้วัดความเครียดผู้ปกครองฉบับภาษาไทย

วิธีการ: พัฒนาเครื่องมือฉบับภาษาไทย โดยใช้ข้อคำถามจาก Parenting Stress Index-Fourth Edition-Short form (PSI-4-SF) ต้นฉบับภาษาอังกฤษที่มี 36 ข้อ ขั้นตอนแรก แปลเครื่องมือและประเมินความเข้าใจในความหมายและความเหมาะสมของภาษา ขั้นตอนที่สอง ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ปกครองเด็กพิเศษและผู้ปกครองเด็กปกติ 510 คน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของข้อคำถาม ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค

ผล: ข้อคำถามในดัชนีชี้วัดความเครียดของผู้ปกครองมีอำนาจจำแนกดี 36 ข้อ ข้อคำถามที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคะแนนรวมทั้งฉบับ r≥0.3 มี 33 ข้อ และข้อคำถามที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยเข้าใกล้จุดกลางของช่วงคะแนน 5 คะแนน มี 33 ข้อ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคมีค่า 0.88 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจมี 6 องค์ประกอบ ที่มีค่าไอเกนมากกว่า 1 ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองมีแนวโน้มของโรคซึมเศร้า ปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับเด็ก พฤติกรรมของเด็ก การแสดงอารมณ์ของเด็ก ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครอง และทัศนคติของการเป็นพ่อแม่ น้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมีค่า 0.40-0.75 ร้อยละของความแปรปรวนที่สามารถอธิบายได้เท่ากับ 49.3 ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของโมเดลที่ใช้พิสูจน์คือ parental distress (PD), parent-child dysfunctional interaction (P-CDI) และ difficult child (DC) ตามต้นฉบับ พบว่าโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

สรุป: ดัชนีชี้วัดความเครียดของผู้ปกครองมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎี และมีความเชื่อถือได้ในระดับสูง จึงสามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องมือวัดความเครียดของผู้ปกครอง และประเมินผลลัพธ์การปฏิบัติเพื่อจัดการความเครียดของผู้ปกครอง
