ผลของโปรแกรมจัดการการตีตราตนเองด้วยการยอมรับและพันธะสัญญาต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ต้องขังติดเมทแอมเฟตามีน

บทคัดย่อ
ความเป็นมา: การตีตราตนเองในผู้ต้องขังติดเมทแอมเฟตามีนเป็นปัญหาสำคัญทางสุขภาพจิต เนื่องจากเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้การเกิดภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ต้องขังติดเมทแอมเฟตามีน อาจนำไปสู่ผลกระทบด้านสุขภาพอื่น
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมจัดการการตีตราตนเองด้วยการยอมรับและพันธะสัญญาในผู้ต้องขัง
ติดเมทแอมเฟตามีนที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า
วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบสุ่มศึกษาแบบสองกลุ่มวัดซ้ำ ในผู้ต้องขังติดเมทแอมเฟตามีนจำนวน 60 ราย ดำเนินการทดลองและเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 27 ตุลาคม - 29 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การเปรียบเทียบความต่างค่าเฉลี่ยและความแปรปรวนของคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าในระยะก่อนการทดลอง หลังการทดลอง 2 สัปดาห์และระยะติดตามผล 1 เดือน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ (repeated measures ANOVA) และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าภายหลังการทดสอบด้วยสถิติ Bonferroni test กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p<0.05
ผลการศึกษา: 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าของกลุ่มทดลอง ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ ในระยะหลังการทดลอง 2 สัปดาห์ และ 1 เดือน ต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001 ทั้งสองช่วง) และในกลุ่มควบคุมมีคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าต่ำกว่าก่อนการทดลอง ทั้งในช่วงหลังการทดลอง 2 สัปดาห์และ 1 เดือนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001 ทั้งสองช่วง) 2) ในระยะก่อนการทดลองค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าของกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p=0.720) อย่างไรก็ตาม หลังการทดลอง 2 สัปดาห์และ
1 เดือน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าของกลุ่มทดลองต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001 ทั้งสองช่วง) 3) มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลุ่มและเวลาในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของคะแนนภาวะซึมเศร้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: โปรแกรมจัดการการตีตราตนเองด้วยการยอมรับและพันธะสัญญาช่วยลดภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ต้องขังติดเมทแอมเฟตามีน ดังนั้น ควรส่งเสริมให้นำโปรแกรมฯ ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพยาบาลผู้ต้องขังติดเมทแอมเฟตามีน เพื่อให้การดูแลผู้ต้องขังติดเมทแอมเฟตามีนมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
