ฟันเทียมบนทั้งปากชนิดถอดได้คร่อมรากฟันเทียม

บทคัดย่อ
ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก ใช้เป็นฟันเทียมหลักสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่มีการสูญเสียฟันทั้งขากรรไกร โดยผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่มักประสบปัญหาต่อการใช้งานฟันเทียมทั้งปากชนิดถอดได้ในขากรรไกรล่าง เช่น ฟันเทียมหลวม ทำให้ภายหลังมีการใช้รากฟันเทียมเพื่อเพิ่มการยึดอยู่ เสถียรภาพและการรองรับ โดยการใช้รากฟันเทียมจำนวนสองรากในขากรรไกรล่างถือเป็นวิธีมาตรฐานและมีรายงานความสำเร็จมากมาย แต่การใช้รากฟันเทียมในขากรรไกรบนยังมีรายงานการศึกษาค่อนข้างน้อย วัตถุประสงค์ของบทความนี้จึงต้องการรวบรวมข้อมูลที่สำคัญต่อการวางแผนการรักษาในฟันเทียมบนทั้งปากชนิดถอดได้คร่อมรากฟันเทียม โดยกล่าวถึงข้อบ่งชี้ จำนวนรากฟันเทียม ชนิดสิ่งยึด เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางและความยาวของรากฟันเทียม ตลอดจนการออกแบบส่วนโยงใหญ่ของฟันเทียมคร่อมรากฟันเทียม
