The Scenario of the Bachelor of Nursing Curriculum (During 2022 – 2026) from Perspectives of Nursing Students Studying in Nursing College under the Faculty of Nursing Praboromarajchanok Institute Ministry of Public Health

Introduction: Participation of learners to advised and suggested opinions for developing the Bachelor of Nursing curriculum is a strategy for effective future nursing education.
Research objectives: To examined the scenario of the Bachelor of Nursing curriculum from the perspective of nursing college students under the Faculty of Nursing. Praboromarajchanok Institute. Ministry of Public Health (2022 - 2026).
Research methodology: This is a qualitative study. The key informants were 11 presidents of student clubs. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and tape-recording, and verbatim transcription. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method.
Results: Findings showed that the presidents of student lubs reflected their views on the scenario of the Bachelor of Nursing program from the perspective of nursing college students under the Faculty of Nursing. Praboromarajchanok Institute, the Ministry of Public Health (2022 – 2026) in 6 themes as follows: 1) Graduate’s desired characteristics including being clever, positive thinking, and well practice; 2) The curriculum structure should teach less and learn more; 3) The curriculum content must be up-to-date and practicality; 4) Instructional management should focus on learning by doing, using information technology, and providing learning opportunities and integration; 5) Providing sufficient and efficient teaching material accessible for 24 hours; and 6) Having various evaluations.Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as basic information for planning the Bachelor of Nursing curriculum, Praboromarajchanok Institute, the Ministry of Public Health (2022 – 2026). This focuses on learners and encourages e them to naturally improve themselves with their full potential to produce quality nursing graduates.
Implications for practice: Nursing students are very important stakeholders in curriculum development. Teachers must change their roles to be facilitator as well as constant self-improvement. Institute of nursing education must change its learning method to modernization solutions.
