This quasi-experimental study aimed to: 1) compare students’ learning achievement before and after using e-learning lessons; and 2) compare students’ learning achievement between a control group and an experimental group. Participants were the 2nd year nursing students from Boromarajonani College of Nursing (BCN), Saraburi and BCN, Phaputhtabaht. The experimental group consisted of 109 nursing students from BCN, Saraburi; and the control group composed of 105 nursing students from BCN, Phaputhtabaht. Research instruments were the interactive e-learning of the student’s health examination topic, and the learning achievement test. Data were analyzed using descriptive
statistics (percentage, mean, and standard deviation), and paired t-test. Findings revealed that the experimental group had the post-test mean score significantly higher than pre-test mean score (p=.05). The post-test mean score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the post-test
mean score of the control group (p=.001).
