ผลของระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ ต่อความพร้อมของผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ

บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: การเตรียมตัวไม่พร้อมก่อนตรวจสวนหัวใจ เป็นสาเหตุหนึ่งที่ทำให้เกิดการเลื่อนนัดทำหัตถการ โดยเฉพาะในผู้สูงอายุ แต่ในปัจจุบันยังไม่มีการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการนำระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้มาใช้ในการเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ป่วยก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาผลของระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจต่อความพร้อมของผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจ

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง ศึกษาในกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 25 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ ระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ความพร้อมก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ
ของผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจที่มีค่าแอลฟาคอนบราคเท่ากับ .79 เก็บข้อมูลที่ศูนย์ประสานงานผู้ป่วยนอนโรงพยาบาล จังหวัดขอนแก่น ประเทศไทย ระหว่างเดือนเมษายน 2567 ถึงตุลาคม 2567 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และเปรียบเทียบความพร้อมก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจด้วยสถิติ Wilcoxon signed rank test, Mann Whitney U test, Independent t-test และ Paired t-test

ผลการวิจัย: ความพร้อมก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจของผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจหลังได้รับระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ (p <.001) และสูงกว่าหลังได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.001)

สรุปผล: ระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ สามารถช่วยให้ผู้สูงอายุโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจมีความพร้อมก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจมากขึ้นได้

ข้อเสนอแนะ: นำระบบการพยาบาลแบบสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการให้ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการตรวจสวนหัวใจ
