บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุ หากขาดความตระหนักในการป้องกัน ส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตตนที่ดี จะส่งผลต่อสุขภาพกายและใจ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุในสถานการณ์โควิด-19 กับภาวะสุขภาพจิต และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองด้านสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุเชิงลึกในสถานการณ์โควิด-19

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: แบบผสมเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ในผู้สูงอายุ จ.สุพรรณบุรี แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณ 191 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ และหาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงคุณภาพ 10 คน โดยสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย: ภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุพบว่า มีความสุขน้อย ความกังวลอยู่ในระดับต่ำ พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และความสุขมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.336, p=.01) ส่วนความกังวลต่อไวรัสโควิด 19 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ( r= -.181 p=.05) และข้อมูลเชิงลึก พบประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ สุขภาพจิตชีวิตวิถีใหม่ คือ ยอมรับกับสิ่งที่เปลี่ยนแปลง และการมีพื้นฐานทางอารมณ์ที่ดี การดูแลสุขภาพจิตตนเองชีวิตวิถีใหม่ คือ การดูแลร่างกายให้แข็งแรง การดูแลอารมณ์และจิตใจ การใช้เทคโนโลยี การเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคม และการดูแลใส่ใจสุขภาพทั้งตัวเองและคนรอบข้าง

สรุปผล: การดูแลสุขภาพจิตวิถีใหม่โดยยอมรับกับสิ่งที่เปลี่ยนแปลงและการมีพื้นฐานทางอารมณ์ที่ดี จะมีส่วนช่วยให้ผู้สูงอายุมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพจิตตนเองในสถานการณ์โควิด-19ในทางที่ดี

ข้อเสนอแนะ: สามารถนำข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบสุขภาพจิตในกลุ่มอายุต่างๆในจังหวัดที่มีขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดเล็ก หรือแต่ละภูมิภาค เพื่อหาความแตกต่างของภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุ
