บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: โรคหลอดเลือดสมองเป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญอาจทำให้ผู้ป่วยเสียชีวิตและมีปัญหาภาวะแทรกซ้อน ทำให้ต้องพึ่งพาบุคคลในครอบครัว

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมพัฒนาความฉลาดทางสุขภาพของสมาชิกครอบครัวต่อความรู้ ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการดูแลป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในชุมชน

สมมติฐานการวิจัย: คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองสำหรับผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: วิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียว วัดผลก่อนหลัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง จำนวน 30 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางสุขภาพฯ 2) แบบสอบถามความรู้โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง 3) แบบสอบถามความฉลาดทางสุขภาพเรื่องโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง 4)  แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองสำหรับผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูง ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาของโปรแกรมฯ เท่ากับ .82  ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .88, .80 และ .84 ตามลำดับ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัย: ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพเรื่องโรคหลอดเลือดสมองของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และพฤติกรรมการดูแลป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.05)

สรุปผล: โปรแกรมการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางสุขภาพฯ ส่งผลให้สมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงมีความรู้ ความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพเรื่องโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง และพฤติกรรมการดูแลป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองดีขึ้น

ข้อเสนอแนะ: ส่งเสริมการใช้โปรแกรมกับสมาชิกในครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในชุมชนพร้อมกับเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมในระยะยาว
