บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีบทบาทในการฟื้นฟูคนพิการให้มีสมรรถภาพทางกายกลับคืนสู่ปกติการมีเจตคติที่ดีทำให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านปฏิบัติงานฟื้นฟูได้ดีทำให้สภาพร่างกายของคนพิการดีขึ้น

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาระดับเจตคติ และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับเจตคติของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านต่อคนพิการทางกายและการเคลื่อนไหว

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 370 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคนพิการ และแบบวัดเจตคติที่มีต่อคนพิการ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์ครอนบาคอัลฟ่า เท่ากับ 0.791วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างโดยใช้ t-test และ One Way ANOVAและเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธี Least Significant Difference เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างกรกฎาคม – กันยายน พ.ศ.2563 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง

ผลการวิจัย: คะแนนเฉลี่ยเจตคติของกลุ่มตัวอย่างต่อคนพิการทางกายและการเคลื่อนไหวอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 95.62, SD = 10.25) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 98.6) มีเจตคติระดับปานกลาง (M = 95.19, SD = 9.61) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า การมีญาติหรือบุคคลที่มีความสำคัญเป็นคนพิการ (t =-2.162) หน่วยงานที่ปฏิบัติงาน (t = 2.311) และระดับการศึกษา (F = 2.642) มีคะแนนเจตคติต่อคนพิการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

สรุปผล: อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีเจตคติต่อคนพิการทางกายและการเคลื่อนไหวอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยการมีญาติหรือบุคคลที่มีความสำคัญเป็นคนพิการ สถานที่ปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน และระดับการศึกษาที่ต่างกัน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านจะมีเจตคติที่แตกต่างกัน

ข้อเสนอแนะ: การสร้างเสริมเจตคติของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านต่อคนพิการทางกายและการเคลื่อนไหว ควรคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล
