บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: การมีความรู้และความตระหนักในการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคสำหรับบุคลากรสุขภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลสามารถลดโอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการรับหรือแพร่เชื้อโรคขณะฝึกปฏิบัติงานในคลินิกและขณะปฏิบัติการพยาบาลแก่ผู้รับบริการ

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาความรู้และความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคสำหรับบุคลากรสุขภาพ และเปรียบเทียบความรู้และความตระหนักของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1-4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี กรุงเทพ

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1–4 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 552 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความรู้และความตระหนักในการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรค มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .72 และ .73 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว

ผลการวิจัย: พบว่า 1) คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ในการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับดี ( $gif.latex?\dot{x}$ = 18.17, σ = 2.45) ส่วนนักศึกษาชั้นปีอื่นมีคะแนนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ความตระหนักในการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 4.51, σ = .44 และ $gif.latex?\bar{x}$ = 4.82, σ = .34 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 และ 2 อยู่ในระดับดี 3) การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้และความตระหนักในการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคระหว่างชั้นปีพบว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าทุกชั้นปีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.001)

สรุปผล: การศึกษานี้แสดงถึงการมีความรู้ในระดับปานกลางของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1-3 เกี่ยวกับการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคสำหรับบุคลากรสุขภาพ

ข้อเสนอแนะ ผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษา ควรส่งเสริมให้อาจารย์ นำแนวปฏิบัติการให้วัคซีนในบุคลากร บูรณาการกับการเรียนการสอนทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติในทุกรายวิชาทางการพยาบาล เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความรู้และความตระหนักในการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคเพิ่มมากขึ้น
