เนื้องอกพลีโอมอร์ฟิกอดีโนมา ที่เพดานปาก: รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 ราย

บทคัดย่อ
พลีโอมอร์ฟิกอดีโนมาเป็นเนื้องอกของต่อมน้ำลายที่พบได้บ่อยที่สุด หากเป็นต่อมน้ำลายขนาดเล็กตำแหน่งที่พบได้มากที่สุดคือ เพดานปาก บทความนี้รายงานผู้ป่วยหญิงไทย อายุ 35 ปี มีก้อนที่เพดานปากมานาน 10 ปีโดยไม่มีอาการ รูปร่างกลม ขนาด 2 ซม.ให้การรักษาโดยการตัดออกเป็นบริเวณกว้าง ผลการตรวจทางพยาธิวิทยาเป็นพลีโอมอร์ฟิกอดีโนมา เมื่อติดตามผลหลังการรักษา 5 ปี พบว่าเพดานปากกลับสู่สภาพปกติ ไม่มีเนื้องอกกลับเป็นซ้ำ
