บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะฟันตัดแท้ซี่กลางคุดก่อปัญหาการบดเคี้ยวและความสวยงามของใบหน้า การรักษาด้วยวิธีทันตกรรมจัดฟันเป็นทางเลือกเชิงอนุรักษ์นอกเหนือจากการผ่าเอาฟันคุดออก รายงานนี้นำเสนอผู้ป่วยหญิงไทย อายุ 13 ปี มีฟันตัดแท้ซี่กลางบนซ้ายคุด ได้รับการทำศัลยกรรมปริทันต์ด้วยเทคนิคตัดแต่งและเย็บแผ่นเหงือกใต้ต่อตัวฟันคุดที่ถูกเปิดออกมา ทำให้สามารถติดเครื่องมือจัดฟันเพื่อเคลื่อนฟันคุดลงมาได้หลังการผ่าตัด 5 เดือน ฟันที่คุดเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งปกติและมีการหายของเหงือกอย่างสมบูรณ์
