บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลในการบริหารจัดการสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดการระดมสรรพกำลังในภาวะฉุกเฉิน 4 S ตามข้อเสนอแนะของศูนย์ควบคุมและป้องกันโรคสหรัฐอเมริกา (CDC) ได้แก่ การจัดการพื้นที่ (space) บุคลากร (staff) วัสดุอุปกรณ์ (supplies) และระบบ (system) ใน 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะเตรียมความพร้อม ระยะเตรียมเผชิญการระบาด และระยะฟื้นฟูสู่ภาวะปกติ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสนทนากลุ่มผ่านระบบออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 7 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลผู้ดำเนินการสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุได้ใช้ภาวะผู้นำที่บ่งชี้ถึงการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ความมุ่งมั่นแก้ไขปัญหา การตัดสินใจทางคลินิก การสั่งการ การวางแผนทรัพยากร การฝึกอบรม การสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์ การบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และการสร้างความตระหนักในการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการบริหารจัดการการแพร่ระบาด มีการบริหารจัดการครอบคลุมด้านการจัดการพื้นที่ บุคลากร วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และระบบทั้ง 3 ระยะ
