ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และการเข้าถึงระบบประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าในผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยเป็นโรคเรื้อรังหลายโรค

บทคัดย่อ

                        ผู้สูงอายุไทยเกือบครึ่งหนึ่งต้องพึ่งพาผู้ดูแลในการดำเนินชีวิต ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุจึงเป็นอีกปัจจัยที่สำคัญในการดูแลสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ วิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยแบบสำรวจ เพื่อศึกษา และหาความสัมพันธ์ของความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ การเข้าถึงระบบประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า และความพร้อมของผู้ดูแลและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยเป็นโรคเรื้อรังหลายโรค จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 314 คน จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage sampling) เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเอง ประกอบด้วย  5 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไป ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ การเข้าถึงระบบประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าของผู้สูงอายุ และความพร้อมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive statistic) และการวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยต่าง ๆ โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียรสัน (Pearson’s correlation coefficient)


                         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับต่ำ (mean = 13.93, SD = 3.44)  พฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (mean = 44.49, SD = 4.50) การเข้าถึงระบบประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าในผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ (mean = 22.93, SD = 3.72)  และความพร้อมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับสูง (mean = 35.77, SD = 4.08) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า ระดับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ การเข้าถึงระบบประกันสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ความพร้อมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ .30, .24, และ .26 ตามลำดับ
