ผลของการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานต่อสมรรถนะจัดการสุขภาวะชุมชนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล: การจัดโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการจัดการสุขภาวะชุมชนของนักศึกษาพยาบาลหลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานผ่านโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 ที่ลงทะเบียนรายวิชาการพยาบาลและบริหารจัดการสุขภาวะชุมชน ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 146 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะการจัดการสุขภาวะชุมชน จำนวน 25 ข้อ ได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในภาพรวมเท่ากับ .94 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .97 และใบงานสะท้อนคิด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Paired T-Test และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ก่อนการจัดโครงการนักศึกษามีคะแนนสมรรถนะเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะการจัดการสุขภาวะชุมชน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 18.70, 31.71 และ 45.73 ตามลำดับ) ภายหลังการจัดโครงการส่งเสิรมสุขภาพในชุมชน คะแนนสมรรถนะทั้งสามด้านเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (ด้านความรู้ M = 22.24, SD = 2.51, t(145)= 14.137, p-value < .001; ด้านเจตคติ M = 36.35, SD = 3.46, t(145) = 13.654, p-value < .001; ด้านทักษะ M = 53.69, SD = 5.52, t(145) = 14.453, p-value < .001) เช่นเดียวกับภาพรวมสมรรถนะทั้ง 3 ด้าน (t(145) = 15.204, p-value < .001) สำหรับผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพสะท้อน 4 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ (1) การเชื่อมโยงความรู้จากทฤษฎีสู่การปฏิบัติในชุมชน (2) การเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์จากการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน
(3) การตระหนักรู้และการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษา และ (4) ทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน

ผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานผ่านการจัดโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพในชุมชน สามารถส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการสุขภาวะชุมชนของนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล และเหมาะสมต่อการนำไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านการพยาบาลชุมชน
