การพัฒนาต้นแบบชุมชนจัดการสุขภาวะแบบมีส่วนร่วม ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบชุมชนจัดการสุขภาวะตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ดำเนินการเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) ระยะเตรียมการ ศึกษาสภาพปัญหา สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 367 ราย 2) ระยะดำเนินการ โดยผู้นำชุมชน กรรมการหมู่บ้าน อสม. และสมาชิกชุมชน จำนวน 40 ราย ผ่านการจัดทำแผน และขับเคลื่อนการปฏิบัติ และ 3) ระยะประเมินผล สุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 80 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามการจัดการสุขภาวะ 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้ด้านสุขภาวะ และ 3) แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต WHOQOL-BREF ฉบับภาษาไทย ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .96 และ .98 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .85, .85 และ .88 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ paired t-test ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สมาชิกชุมชนมีความรู้ด้านสุขภาวะ การจัดการสุขภาวะ และคุณภาพชีวิตในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 35.00, 36.25 และ 38.75 ตามลำดับ ต้นแบบชุมชนจัดการสุขภาวะ “HEALTHS Model” ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ สุขภาวะแบบองค์รวม เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การตระหนักรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ภาวะผู้นำ การทำงานเป็นทีม สามัคคี และความยั่งยืน หลังการใช้ “HEALTHS Model” สมาชิกชุมชน มีความรู้ด้านสุขภาวะ การจัดการสุขภาวะ และคุณภาพชีวิตสูงขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value < .01) ดังนั้น ควรส่งเสริมการพัฒนาต้นแบบชุมชนจัดการสุขภาวะตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงนี้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืน
