การพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักศึกษา

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้ความรู้และแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยนำเสนอปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้ชีวิตในโลกออนไลน์ที่ไม่เหมาะสม ซึ่งการเรียนรู้ถึงความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลโดยใช้ความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลมาช่วยในการกำหนดทักษะที่จำเป็นจะช่วยให้การทำงานและ การใช้ชีวิตในสภาพแวดล้อมทางดิจิทัลมีความสมดุลและเหมาะสมมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมทั้ง นำเสนอเครื่องมือที่ช่วยในการพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลเพื่อให้สถานศึกษา ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์นำไปปรับใช้ตามบริบทของหน่วยงานตามความเหมาะสม ได้แก่ (1) ตัวบ่งชี้ความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลของนักศึกษา (2) บทเรียนออนไลน์เพื่อพัฒนาความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล (3) เครื่องมือดิจิทัลที่ช่วยในการจัดการข้อมูลในโลกออนไลน์ และ (4) วิธีการใช้ชีวิตในสภาพแวดล้อมทางดิจิทัลอย่างปลอดภัย ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาเกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเองให้สามารถดำรงอยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมทางดิจิทัลอย่างมีคุณภาพและเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็งของประเทศชาติต่อไป
