ผลของโปรแกรมการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนตำบลบ้านนา อำเภอวชิรบารมี จังหวัดพิจิตร

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนตำบลบ้านนา อำเภอวชิรบารมี จังหวัดพิจิตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยนี้ได้แก่ประชาชนในตำบลบ้านนา อำเภอวชิรบารมี จังหวัดพิจิตร จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 30 คนและกลุ่มควบคุมจำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีการการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุนชน แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันไข้เลือดออก และแบบสำรวจยุงลายซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ โดยมีค่าความตรง เท่ากับ 0.67-1 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.87 และค่าความยากง่ายของแบบทดสอบความรู้อยู่ระหว่าง 0.33–0.60 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอ้างอิง ได้แก่ Paired Sample t–test และ Independent Sample t–test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคไข้เลือดออกของกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองและสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (P<.05)
