ความเครียดในการขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ

นักศึกษาพยาบาลทุกคนจำเป็นต้องผ่านการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติ ในรายวิชาต่าง ๆ ให้ครบถ้วน จึงจะสำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ซึ่งการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติในแต่ละครั้ง นักศึกษาพยาบาลส่วนใหญ่จะมีความเครียดในระดับที่แตกต่างกันไปขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นฐานการรับรู้และความสามารถในการปรับตัวของนักศึกษาพยาบาลแต่ละคน นักศึกษาพยาบาลต้องเรียนรู้และประยุกต์ความรู้ที่เรียนมาในภาคทฤษฎี นำมาใช้กับสถานการณ์จริงและทำงานร่วมกับสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งแวดล้อมใหม่อีกทั้งนักศึกษายังขาดประสบการณ์ในการดูแลผู้ป่วย จึงพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเครียดของนักศึกษาพยาบาลในการขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติงานบนหอผู้ป่วยมีหลายด้าน คือ ปัจจัยด้านความรู้และทักษะ ปัจจัยด้านสุขภาพในช่วงฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ปัจจัยด้านงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายขณะฝึกปฏิบัติ ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และปัจจัยด้านอาจารย์นิเทศ ซึ่งเมื่อนักศึกษาพยาบาลเกิดความเครียดจากปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ข้างต้นและไม่สามารถจัดการกับความเครียดได้ ย่อมส่งผลกระทบต่อตัวนักศึกษาทั้งทางด้านร่างกายและทางด้านจิตใจ ผลกระทบต่อครอบครัว ผลกระทบต่อสถาบันการศึกษาและสังคม ดังนั้นผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องควรมีวิธีหรือมาตรการในการส่งเสริม ช่วยเหลือ และสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลสามารถจัดการกับความเครียดและสามารถฝึกภาคปฏิบัติได้
