ความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาการปวดเมื่อยของกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่างในพนักงานบรรจุแก๊ส จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวาง (cross-sectional study) มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อหาความชุกของอาการผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่าง และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอาการผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและกระดูกโครงร่างในพนักงานบรรจุแก๊สไทย จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานบรรจุแก๊ส จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ประเทศไทย จำนวนทั้งหมด 182 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าสถิติ Chi-square test ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) พนักงานบรรจุแก๊สไทย จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีความชุกของอาการ WMSDs ในระยะเรื้อรัง และในระยะเฉียบพลัน เป็นร้อยละ 96.1 และร้อยละ 74.7 โดยบริเวณหรือตำแหน่งที่พบ WMSDs มากที่สุดในระยะเรื้อรังและในระยะเฉียบพลัน คือ บริเวณหลังส่วนล่าง (2) การศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอาการ WMSDs ในพนักงานบรรจุแก๊สไทย พบว่า เพศ และอายุ และลักษณะงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิด WMSDs อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
