ภาวะเหนื่อยล้าและความเข้มแข็งทางใจของผู้ดูแลมีส่วนร่วมในการทำนายคุณภาพชีวิต ของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่รอดชีวิต

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอำนาจในการร่วมกันทำนายของภาวะเหนื่อยล้าและความเข้มแข็งทางใจของผู้ดูแลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่รอดชีวิต กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่รอดชีวิตที่เข้ารับการรักษาในแผนกเคมีบำบัด โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งในเขตภาคกลาง จำนวน 180 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมกราคมถึงเมษายน 2567 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินภาระการดูแลผู้ป่วยของซาริต แบบประเมินความเข้มแข็งทางใจ และแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย ผลการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .82, .78 และ .84 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ โดยคัดเลือกตัวแปรเข้าสมการด้วยวิธีเพิ่มตัวแปรอิสระแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Regression)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าญาติผู้ดูแลมีคุณภาพชีวิตระดับปานกลาง ( = 94.67, SD = 12.31) ภาวะเหนื่อยล้าและความเข้มแข็งทางใจของผู้ดูแลสามารถร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่รอดชีวิตได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ร้อยละ 48 (R2= .48, p<.001)
จากผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาแนวทางประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่รอดชีวิต โดยเน้นการประเมินภาวะเหนื่อยล้าและความเข้มแข็งทางใจ เพื่อให้พยาบาลสามารถระบุผู้ดูแลที่มีความเสี่ยงและจัดบริการพยาบาลหรือการสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสม อันจะช่วยส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของญาติผู้ดูแลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
