Abstract

Qualitative phenomenological research aimed to explore the health management experiences of community leaders in the Baan Eua Athorn Project, Nonthaburi Province. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 11 Baan Eua Athorn Project community leaders. Data were analyzed using the content analysis method.

The study results showed two main themes: 1) health management under the activities of leaders in the Baan Eua Athorn Project, including communication of health information, organizing health promotion activities, healthy environmental management, and assistance to vulnerable groups, and 2) health management with support from outside agencies, including elderly care and health rehabilitation, health check, eliminating insects and managing waste that affects health.

The results of this research obtained basic information about current leadership health management. Therefore, relevant health agencies or personnel management concepts should be applied to promote residents' quality of life in the Baan Eua-Athorn project.
