The Online Instructional Model on Creative System Thinking and Humanize Health Care for Critical Leadership of Conductors Called Kanapatibatkarn raipromdan “Smartpanyapatibat” to be a Complete Human Being

Abstract

          This research was a mixed method with the objectives: 1) to develop the online instructional model on creative system thinking and humanize health care to become critical leadership of conductors (CLCs) called “Kanapatibatkarn Raipromdan Smartpanyapatibat”, 2) to study the impact of the online instructional model on students after the critical leadership of conductors has applied the model to learning practice in their own organizations or communities, and 3) to evaluate the effectiveness of the online instructional model. During the development phase, the 16 samples, 12 instructors and 4 directors, were based on purposive sampling. In the operational phase, the sample were 60 students based on purposive sampling. The quality of this online instructional model was assessed and reviewed by three educational experts. Overall, the qualities of research tools were appropriate at a high level. Tools were comprised of opinion-based evaluation form about the online instructional model and the structured observational form of learners. Quantitative data was based on mean and standard deviation and qualitative data was based on content analysis.


          Research results: In sum, the effectiveness of the online instructional model came from the creation of critical leadership of conductors known as “Kanapatibatkarn raipromdan Smartpanyapatibat” who have also developed their own growth mindset and success mindset.
