บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพยากรณ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุติดเตียงในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง และศึกษาปัจจัยการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุติดเตียง ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้สูงอายุติดเตียงจำนวน 98 คน คัดเลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุติดเตียง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำเข้าทั้งหมด
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.93, SD = .44) คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุติดเตียง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (
= 91.88, SD = 12.85) ส่วนปัจจัยการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ดูแลที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุติดเตียง คือ การดูแลสุขภาพ การคงไว้ซึ่งสภาพปกติของครอบครัว และการรักษาสมดุลของผู้ดูแล มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .663, .656 และ .515 ตามลำดับ) นอกจากนี้การได้รับการสนับสนุนมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .259) ปัจจัยทั้งหมดสามารถร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตได้ร้อยละ 55.50 (R2 = .555, p< .001)
ผลการศึกษาในครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุติดเตียงของผู้ดูแลต่อไป
