บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์การจัดบริการโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ และศึกษากระบวนการจัดบริการโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ เขตสุขภาพที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นการสุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยการจับฉลากและเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากผู้ให้บริการและผู้รับบริการแผนกฝากครรภ์ หลังคลอด และคลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดี จำนวน 36 คน ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากหญิงหลังคลอด หรือผู้ดูแลเด็กอายุไม่เกิน 5 ปี ที่มารับบริการคลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดี จำนวน 102 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) ข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient) เท่ากับ .81 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สถานการณ์การจัดบริการโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 2 การเข้าร่วมของผู้ดูแลเด็กในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสะดวก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.97 และต้องการกิจกรรมในรูปแบบวิดีโอที่สามารถรับชมได้ด้วยตนเอง ร้อยละ 57.8 รองลงมาคือช่องทางตอบคำถาม เช่น LINE หรือกระดานถาม-ตอบ ร้อยละ 20.6 และ 2) กระบวนการจัดบริการโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ มีการดำเนินการตามแนวทางของกรมอนามัย และให้ความรู้ด้านการดูแลตนเองในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ความรู้ด้านพัฒนาการเด็ก โภชนาการและทักษะการเลี้ยงดูอย่างเหมาะสม
จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า การจัดบริการโรงเรียนควรปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ให้มีความยืดหยุ่น สอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตของหญิงหลังคลอดและผู้ดูแลเด็ก เช่น การเลือกวันและเวลาที่เหมาะสม การจัดในสถานที่ที่เดินทางสะดวก หรือการใช้รูปแบบผสมผสาน (onsite และ online) เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสการเข้าร่วม
