บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้และความต้องการบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินของผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุในตำบลแม่พูล จำนวน 331 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามการรับรู้บริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน และแบบสอบถามความต้องการบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นได้เท่ากับ .96 และ .98 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและไคสแควร์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างรับรู้การบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินสวนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 65.46 และมีความต้องการบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินระดับมาก ร้อยละ 95.15 ผู้สูงอายุรับรู้บริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ 1) ผู้ป่วยต้องมีความปลอดภัยเมื่ออยู่บนรถฉุกเฉิน ร้อยละ 85.50 2) เจ้าหน้าที่กู้ชีพต้องช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยเบื้องต้น ณ จุดเกิดเหตุก่อนนำผู้ป่วยส่งโรงพยาบาล ร้อยละ 84.80 และ 3) ในรถฉุกเฉินต้องมีเจ้าหน้าที่อยู่กับผู้ป่วยตลอดเวลา ร้อยละ 83.90 ส่วนความต้องการบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ 1) ผู้ออกเหตุต้องประเมินอาการของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุและผู้สูงอายุที่เป็นญาติ 2) สร้างความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับงานกู้ชีพให้กับบุคคลทั่วไปทราบ 3) ห้องฉุกเฉินควรมีพื้นที่เฉพาะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ
2. ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้บริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่อายุ เพศ สถานภาพ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ มีโรคเรื้อรัง เคยเจ็บป่วยฉุกเฉิน และความต้องการบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความต้องการบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ อายุ อาชีพ และรายได้
