ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง ในการดูแลเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการดูแลเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครองของเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบอายุ 1 – 3 ปี ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยกุมารเวชกรรม 2 โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง จำนวน 64 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 32 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตน 2) วีดิทัศน์ตัวแบบของผู้ปกครอง 3) สื่อการสอนทางคอมพิวเตอร์ 4) คู่มือการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการดูแลเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบในโรงพยาบาล 5) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และ 6) แบบประเมินการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการดูแลเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .80 ดำเนินการทดลองและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนกรกฎาคม ถึงเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2566 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในกลุ่มทดลองหลังจากเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 7.577, p < .001) และสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 13.875, p < .001)
จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรนำโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนนี้ไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบในโรงพยาบาล เพื่อเกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีต่อสุขภาพเด็กโรคปอดอักเสบต่อไป
