การพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดเตียงในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดเตียงในชุมชน พื้นที่ศึกษาคือตำบลพลายชุมพล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในตำบลพลายชุมพล จำนวน 44 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจงคุณสมบัติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ประเด็นคำถามในการประชุมกลุ่มวิพากษ์รูปแบบฯ แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่มประเด็นความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบทีแบบจับคู่และการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบฯ มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลโดยภายหลังการใช้รูปแบบฯ กลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบฯ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบฯ และผลต่อสุขภาพและบทบาทผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดเตียง โดยมีค่าคะแนนการรับรู้การเสริมพลังอำนาจ ความรู้ ทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดเตียงก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบฯ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 รูปแบบฯ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การเห็นคุณค่า ความศรัทธาและความหวัง และมีกระบวนการเสริมพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแล 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การประเมินความพร้อมของตนเอง 2) การเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเอง 3) การผสมผสานเข้าเป็นเรื่องปกติของชีวิต
ข้อเสนอแนะโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลโดยผู้อำนวยการ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ทีมสุขภาพ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ชุมชนและเครือข่ายชุมชน รวมถึงหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้สูงอายุควรร่วมกันกำหนดเป็นนโยบายและขับเคลื่อนการนำรูปแบบฯ ไปใช้ในพื้นที่อย่างต่อเนื่องสร้างศักยภาพของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มติดเตียงต่อไป
