บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคม เครือข่ายทางสังคม และปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลนครเมืองพิษณุโลกและ 2) หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคม เครือข่ายทางสังคม และปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลเมืองพิษณุโลก ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้สูงอายุในเขตพื้นที่ศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพพระองค์ขาว ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองพิษณุโลก โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 213 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ตามเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่กำหนดไว้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และหาความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับการเข้าร่วมในกิจกรรมทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชนพระองค์ขาว เทศบาลเมืองพิษณุโลก (𝑥̅ = 2.83, SD = 1.095) เครือข่ายทางสังคมกับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง (r = .79, p = .001) และปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคมของผู้สูงอายุมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (r = .34, p = .002) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองพิษณุโลก
