บทคัดย่อ
ระบบสารสนเทศทางเลือกในการดูแลแบบไร้รอยต่อของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในประเทศไทยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์และปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบสารสนเทศในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การป้องกันโรค การรักษาโรคเบื้องต้นและการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสารสนเทศในระบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การป้องกันโรค การรักษาโรคเบื้องต้นและการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ และคุ้มครองผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง อำเภอบ้านตาก จังหวัดตาก โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้กระบวนการสืบค้นข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกกับผู้ป่วยและผู้แลจำนวน 10 คน ทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพจำนวน 30 คน และการคืนข้อมูลให้กับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการให้การรักษาในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองของโรงพยาบาลบ้านตากยังคงไม่พร้อมทางด้านอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้รักษา CT Scan ยังต้องได้รับการพัฒนาต่อไป ระบบการให้บริการการส่งต่อในผู้ป่วย สารสนเทศทางด้านฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟท์แวร์ควรได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณให้เพิ่มขึ้น สามารถใช้สารสนเทศร่วมกันทั้งในเครือข่าย บุคลากรควรได้รับการสนับสนุนความรู้การใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย ควรดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยกำหนดเป้าหมายงานเชิงรุกทำงานแบบ สหวิชาชีพที่ชัดเจนในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม ข้อมูลควรได้รับการพิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบในการสร้างสารสนเทศที่จำเป็นทั้งผู้ให้บริการและผู้รับบริการเพื่อให้ก่อเกิดแรงสนับสนุนในการดูแลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
