บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นแบบผสมผสานมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบเชิงสร้างสรรค์และจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์สำหรับแกนนำคณะปฏิบัติการไร้พรมแดน “สมาร์ทปัญญาปฏิบัติ” สู่การเป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ 2) ศึกษาผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นจากการที่แกนนำคณะปฏิบัติการไร้พรมแดน “สมาร์ทปัญญาปฏิบัติ” นำรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ฯ ไปจัดการเรียนรู้แก่นักศึกษาตามสภาพจริงในองค์กรหรือชุมชนของตนเอง 3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างของระยะการพัฒนาหลักสูตรแบบออนไลน์ฯ
จำนวน 16 คน ประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ 12 คน และผู้บริหาร 4 คน ที่ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ระยะปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 60 คน ที่ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ฯ ได้รับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษาจำนวน 3 ท่าน โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบประเมินความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ฯ และแบบสังเกตเชิงโครงสร้างของผู้เรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ฯ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพสามารถ สร้างแกนนำคณะปฏิบัติการไร้พรมแดนสมาร์ทปัญญาปฏิบัติ สู่การสร้างความเป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ ผ่านแกนนำที่มีทั้ง Growth Mindset และ Success Mindset
