ปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตบุคลากรด้านการศึกษาในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรด้านการศึกษาในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรด้านการศึกษาในภาครัฐในเขตพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกจำนวน 370 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตฉบับย่อฉบับภาษาไทย (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย และแบบประเมินการรับรู้ความเครียด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับดีร้อยละ 62.40 การรับรู้ความเครียด ภาระงาน พฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายและจำนวนโรคเรื้อรั้ง สามารถร่วมกันทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตบุคลากรด้านการศึกษาในเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกได้ร้อยละ 31.4 (R2 = .314 , p < .001) โดยตัวแปรที่สามารถทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตได้สูงที่สุดคือ การรับรู้ความเครียด (ß = -.48, p < .001) ภาระงาน (ß = -.16, p <.01) พฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย (ß = .11, p < .05) และจำนวนโรค (ß = -.10, p < .05) ตามลำดับ ดังนั้น พยาบาลวิชาชีพตลอดจนบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำข้อมูลจากการศึกษานี้ไปใช้ในการออกแบบกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตบุคลากรด้านการศึกษาที่เหมาะสม โดยเน้นการจัดการความเครียดและการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายต่อไป
