Abstract

          This research aimed to 1) study and synthesize learning strategies of nursing students State university 2) create a model of the equation for the learning strategy structure of nursing students State university 3) check the consistency of the equation model for the learning strategy structure of nursing students State university With empirical data. The sample consisted of nursing student northeastern state university currently. Studying in Year2, Semester1, Academic Year 2018, amount 8 institutions and the number of students is 480, which is derived from multi-stage random sampling. The variables were divided into 2 groups: 1) predictor variables 2) dependent variables in learning strategy of faculty of Nurse. The questionnaire factors affecting the learning strategy of faculty of nurse covered to 20 observed variables. The data were analyzed by using structural equation model with latent variable.

            The findings revealed;

1 Components of the learning strategy of nursing students Public universities have 3 components which are 1) problem identification and learning planning, 2) practice of educational activities, and 3) evaluation and improvement.

2. Modeling the relationship of factors affecting the learning strategy of nursing students Public universities found that factors affecting the learning strategy of nursing students State university Which has direct influence is Self-efficacy Motivation for achievement And the future orientation Which has direct and indirect influence is the perceived ability of oneself And the indirect influence is Attitude towards learning And pride in the institution

3. Model validity results It was found that the model was in harmony with the empirical data. X2= 94.963, df = 74, p = .051, CFI = 0.998, TLI = .994, RMSEA = .024, SRMR = .031 และ X2/ df = 1.283 considering the magnitude of the predictive variables affecting the learning strategy of nursing students, it was found that factors of self-efficacy Motivation for achievement And future orientation factors Had a direct influence on the learning strategy of nursing students with statistical significance at the level of .01 . And the prediction coefficient (R2 = 0.708) explained that the three predictor variables could explain 70.80% of the learning strategy components of nursing students.
