บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนายมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ตำบลบ้านกลาง อำเภอวังทอง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายของโรงเรียนตำบลบ้านกลาง จำนวน 230 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อัลฟาครอนบาค ระหว่าง .70 – .87 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อีต้า และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ตำบลบ้านกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความสามารถในการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ (β = .517, p< .001) การควบคุมดูแลของครู-อาจารย์ (β = .143, p= .009) พฤติกรรมการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ (β = -.118, p= .03) และรายได้ที่ได้รับจากผู้ปกครอง (β = -.112, p = .04) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ได้ร้อยละ 35.7
ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขควรสนับสนุนให้นักเรียนมีการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศที่เหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น โดยสร้างเสริมให้นักเรียนมีการรับรู้ความสามารถในการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศ สนับสนุนให้ครู-อาจารย์มีการควบคุมดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด สนับสนุนมาตรการการควบคุมการจำหน่ายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ให้นักเรียน นอกจากนี้ ผู้ปกครองควรมีการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับนักเรียนอีกด้วย
