การประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดการจัดการอาการในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล: กรณีศึกษาผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งปอด

บทคัดย่อ

          ผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งปอดต้องเผชิญกับอาการที่เกิดขึ้นจากโรคและการรักษาที่สำคัญปัญหาหนึ่งคือ ความ เหนื่อยล้า ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยไม่สามารถดูแลตนเองได้และทำให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตลดลง การดูแลผู้ป่วยตามแนวคิดการ จัดการอาการของดอดด์ จะทำให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการพัฒนาทักษะและสามารถจัดการกับอาการของตนเองได้ ทั้งนี้แนวคิดการจัดการอาการ ประกอบด้วย การประเมินความต้องการและประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับอาการ กลยุทธ์การจัดการอาการ และการประเมินผล ผลการนำทฤษฎีนี้ไปใช้สามารถช่วยบรรเทาความเหนื่อยล้าของผู้ป่วยกรณีศึกษาได้ การนำแนวคิดการจัดการอาการไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลควรเป็นพยาบาลผู้จัดการรายกรณีหรือเป็นพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้เพื่อจะได้วางแผนการจัดการดูแลที่เหมาะสมและตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ป่วย
