การพัฒนารูปแบบเตรียมความพร้อมการฝึกประสบการณ์ให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ณ บ้านเกิด ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 หลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดยะลา

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษารูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเตรียมความพร้อมฝึกประสบการณ์ และเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการฝึกประสบการณ์ให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ณ บ้านเกิด ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดยะลา
โดยมีขั้นตอนของการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) การสร้างรูปแบบการฝึกประสบการณ์และนำไปทดลองใช้กับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 2 ครั้ง ครั้งที่ 1 ทดลองใช้ที่วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 45 คน สรุปผลนำมาปรับปรุง และครั้งที่ 2 ทดลองใช้นักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตร์บัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดยะลา จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 39 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 2) การประเมินรูปแบบการฝึกประสบการณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมจากครูพี่เลี้ยง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. รูปแบบการฝึกประสบการณ์ การให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ณ บ้านเกิดของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบด้านตรวจประเมินและบำบัดโรคเบื้องต้น ด้านส่งเสริม
สุขภาพ ด้านควบคุมป้องกันโรค ด้านฟื้นฟูสภาพ และด้านการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และลักษณะงานที่
เกี่ยวกับการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ วิจัย วินิจฉัยปัญหาพัฒนางานทางด้านสาธารณสุข ตามบริบทที่เป็นบทบาทหน้าที่นักวิชาการสาธารณสุข และพร้อมเข้าสู่วิชาชีพสาธารณสุขชุมชนหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา

2. การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนพฤติกรรมการฝึกประสบการณ์ให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ 
ณ บ้านเกิด ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ระหว่างวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดยะลากับวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสองวิทยาลัยฯ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ด้านความเสียสละ ด้านพัฒนาตนเอง ด้านบุคลิกภาพทั่วไป อยู่ในระดับดี และผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการฝึกประสบการณ์ จากการประเมินของครูพี่เลี้ยงคือ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดยะลาได้รับคะแนนสูงกว่า (M=81.57, SD=0.23) วิทยาลัยการสาธารณสุขสิรินธร จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี (M= 80.56, SD=0.23) (t =2.512, p<.01) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Development of a Pattern for Practicum Preparedness among First Year Students in Public Health Program to Performing Internship in Primary Health Care, Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Yala Province

This research and development (R & D) study aimed to: 1) develop a pattern of practicum regarding primary health care services in order to prepare and support the first year bachelor’s degree students of the Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Yala; and 2) compare the student behavior while performing internship in a primary health care service. This study was divided in 2 phases. The phase 1 consisted in, firstly, to develop a practicum model and to conduct a trial among 45 first year students in the bachelor’s public health program of the Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Supanburi; secondly, data from the trial was used to improve the practicum model and to carry it out among 39 students. The phase 2 consisted in an evaluation of the practicum model by interviewing the 84 samples. The research tools used in this study were performance evaluation forms (for mentors). Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The results showed as following.

1. The developed practicum model regarding primary health care services given by the first year students included the main components, namely: a) principle and fundamental of first aid in comprehensive situations under the laws and holistic approaches, b) health promotion, c) disease prevention and control, d) health protection, e) processes followed by the roles of public health academics, and f) level of preparedness of the future health care professionals.

2. Comparison of the student behaviors in all aspects such as responsibility, honesty, dedication, self-development and personality between the two colleges (Yala and Supanburi) was found that mean scores of those performances evaluated by mentors among the first year students from the college in Yala (M=81.57, SD= .23) was higher than the mean scores of the first year students from Supanburi (M= 80.56, SD= .23) with statistically significant level (p=<0.01). However, the practicum performances regarding health care services among the first year students from both colleges were at a good level.
