ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการรับประทานยาของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเร่งด่วน

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการรับประทานยาของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเร่งด่วน ศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 73 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบง่ายโดยใช้ตารางเลขสุ่ม รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับการรับประทานยาของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเร่งด่วน และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการรับประทานยาของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเร่งด่วน ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 1 และ .87 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .92 และ .85 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเร่งด่วนอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ (M = 68.72, SD = 1.41)
2. พฤติกรรมการรับประทานยาโดยรวมของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเร่งด่วนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 2.26, SD = 0.30)
3. ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับพฤติกรรมการรับประทานยาของผู้สูงอายุโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเร่งด่วนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = 0.324)
พยาบาลวิชาชีพควรส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการรับประทานยาของผู้สูงอายุ โดยเน้นการเข้าถึงและเข้าใจข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรับประทานยาโรคความดันโลหิตสูง เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการรับประทานยาที่เหมาะสมต่อไป
