The instrument was a questionnaire (IOC=.67 – 1.00, Cronbach's alpha= .87). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Second phase consisted to study the community strengths for health community development. Purposive sample of 29 people. The instrument was a semi-structured questionnaire. Content analysis was used. Third phase consisted in the development of the new community well-being model. Participants were 41 stakeholders, purposively selected. The methods included observation, discussion, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by content analysis and basic statistics. The results were as follows.
1. The community health situation was at a good level (M= 4.02, SD = 0.87).
2.The identified community potential for the development of a community well-being model was human, social, physical, natural, and financial.
3. The synergy of community for the development of a community model for well-being organized three activities: “Waste Bank”, “Join together to develop, care for your hometown”, and “Develop a model community of good health according to the Narabhirom Way”. Overall satisfaction was at a high level (M = 4.25, SD = 0.94, M = 4.07, SD = 0.26, M = 4.25, SD = 0.94) respectively.
The main driving force was human. Therefore, those involved should develop human capital potential, focusing on the process to have the knowledge, skills, and good attitudes towards synergy for the development of a model community of health towards a sustainable healthy community.
