ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ต้องขังโรคจิตเภท

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองและศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ต้องขังจิตเภทในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการต้องโทษในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถานเขตบริหารเรือนจำที่ 9 จำนวน 96 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วนคือ (1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและการเจ็บป่วย (2) แบบประเมินการทำหน้าที่ด้านการรู้คิดของผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท (3) แบบประเมินความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท (4) แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท และ (5) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของเครื่องมือส่วนที่ 3 และ 5 เท่ากับ 1, 1, และ 1 ตามลำดับ ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือส่วนที่ 3 ถึง 5 โดยคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ .72, 89, และ .83 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยายและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายโดยใช้สถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการต้องโทษในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถานมีระดับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 77.63, SD = 0.92) ตัวแปรปัจจัยทำนายสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 42 (R2 = .421, p-value < .05)
2. ตัวแปรที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ การทำหน้าที่ด้านการรู้คิด (β= 0.239, t = 2.907, p < .01) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β= 0.478, t = 4.495, p-value < .01)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองต่อไป
