สมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้าของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไต และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้าของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไต และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้าของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไต และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไตที่ปฏิบัติงานโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป 41 แห่งและโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ 23 แห่งจำนวน 385 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วย สูตรของยามาเน การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และ 2) แบบประเมินการรับรู้สมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้าของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไตผ่านการตรวจสอบค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่านได้ค่าเท่ากับ .96 และทดสอบค่าความเที่ยงใช้สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ผลวิจัยพบว่า
1. สมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้าของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไต โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 3.47, SD = .83)
2. ตัวแปรอายุ ประสบการณ์ทำงาน ระดับการศึกษา จำนวนการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังที่ได้รับการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้า และการได้รับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการดูแลประคับประคอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .47, r = .38, r = .25, r = .47, r = .33, p < .01)
จากผลวิจัย ใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้าของพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไต และควรมีการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติการบำบัดทดแทนไตให้มีสมรรถนะการวางแผนดูแลล่วงหน้า
