ปัจจัยทำนายความสามารถในการปฏิบัติเพื่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ติดสารเสพติด ที่มีอาการทางจิตร่วม

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความสามารถในการปฏิบัติเพื่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ติดสารเสพติด ที่มีอาการทางจิตร่วม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลหลักที่ดูแลผู้ติดสารเสพติดที่มีอาการทางจิตร่วมที่มารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกในโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์สงขลาและโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ปัตตานี จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 8 ส่วน คือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ดูแล 2) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ติดสารเสพติดที่มีอาการทางจิตร่วมตามการรับรู้ของผู้ดูแล 3) แบบวัดการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล 4) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค 5) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม 6) แบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว 7) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติเพื่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแล 8) แบบประเมิน การแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ด้านลบ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของเครื่องมือส่วนที่ 4 และ 7 เท่ากับ1.00, และ.87 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือส่วนที่ 4 ถึง 8 โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ .86, .81, .90, .91 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ผู้ดูแลผู้ติดสารเสพติดที่มีอาการทางจิตร่วมมีระดับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติเพื่อการดูแลโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M=3.40, SD=0.41)
2. ตัวแปรปัจจัยทำนายสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 36.5 (R²=.365, p<.05) โดยตัวแปร ที่สามารถทำนายความสามารถในการปฏิบัติเพื่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ติดสารเสพติดที่มีอาการทางจิตร่วมได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค (β =.513, p<.05) สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว (β =.391, p<.05) อายุ (β =.235, p<.05) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β =.200, p<.05)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการปฏิบัติเพื่อการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ติดสารเสพติดที่มีอาการทางจิตร่วมได้
