ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาล สังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยสนับสนุนในการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา ระดับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 163 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างแบบมีระบบ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามด้านกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่/วิทยากร ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านคุณภาพของกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา และทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช เท่ากับ .86, .80, .89 .96 และ.99 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ปัจจัยสนับสนุนในการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 79.76 และมีระดับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 88.95
2. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้แก่ ด้านคุณภาพของกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา ด้านกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่/วิทยากร และผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้ (GPA) สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ได้ร้อยละ 79.2
ดังนั้น การสนับสนุนปัจจัยที่จะดำเนินงานกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษา เป็นสิ่งที่ควรให้การสนับสนุนเพื่อที่จะพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และควรส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้เกิดองค์การหรือสโมสรนักศึกษาที่เข้มแข็ง สามารถดำเนินงานร่วมกับผู้รับผิดชอบงานกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ส่งผลต่อคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ที่กำหนดโดยสถาบัน
