Factors Related the Characteristics of Graduates Framework for Higher Education among Nursing Students in Prachomklao College of Nursing, Phetchaburi Province

Abstract
This descriptive correlation research aimed to study the characteristics of graduates framework for higher education and the factors related the characteristics of graduates framework for higher education (TQF) among nursing students in Prachomklao College of Nursing, Phetchaburi province.The sample consisted of 89 third-year student nurses, that are studying Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Prachomklao College of Nursing, Phetchaburi province. The respondents were selected through purposive random sampling. The following questionnaires were used to collect the data that composed 2 parts.The part 1 was Personal information. The part 2 factors related TQF were 1) Ideal Characteristics of Graduates According to Thailand Qualification Framework for Higher Education (TQF) questionnaire, 2) Learning Style questionnaires, 3) Happiness in Learning questionnaires, 4) Learning Environment questionnaires, and 5) Relationship Between Students questionnaires. The reliability of questionnaires had .90, .88, .92, .89, and .90 respectively. The results showed that the factors of learning style and the relationship between nursing students correlated with the ideal characteristics of Thai graduates (r = .49, r = .47; p <.01). The happiness in Learning and the learning environment correlated with the ideal characteristics of Thai graduates (r = .31, r = .24; p <.05). Therefore, Prachomklao College of Nursing should develop about learning curriculum that related to learning style and affect to outcomes with characteristics of graduates according to Thailand qualification framework for higher education.
