บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้ มีการวิจัยเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์รูปแบบการดูแลการรับประทานยาของผู้ป่วยวัณโรค โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ 2) การพัฒนารูปแบบดูแลผู้ป่วยวัณโรคโดยพี่เลี้ยงดูแลการรับประทานยาภายใต้การสังเกตโดยตรงร่วมกับการรับประทานยาผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ 3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลการใช้รูปแบบ เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยวัณโรค จำนวน 45 คน เก็บรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้เกี่ยวกับวัณโรคมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน 20 เท่ากับ .82 และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังการนำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้ ผู้ป่วยวัณโรคมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการวัดความรอบรู้เรื่องวัณโรคอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 17.09, SD = 1.25) สูงกว่าก่อนการได้รับการดูแลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .001 (t = 20.48, p < .001) และมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการดูแลอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.09, SD = .62)
พยาบาลวิชาชีพ บุคลากรสาธารณสุข อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) และหน่วยบริการสุขภาพในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวัณโรคที่เหมาะสมและเอื้อต่อการมีสุขภาพที่ดีให้กับผู้ป่วยวัณโรค
