บทบาทเวชศาสตร์ใต้น้ำในภารกิจกู้ภัยถ้ำหลวง

บทคัดย่อ
เหตุการณ์กู้ภัยถ้ำหลวงในปี พ.ศ. 2558 ถือเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่น่าจดจำและมีเรื่องราวให้ได้เรียนรู้มากมาย ที่ผ่านมาได้มีการนำเสนอบทความและเรื่องราวที่ทำให้เห็นว่าการช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยนั้นทำอะไรและทำอย่างไร แต่อย่างไรก็ดีบทความที่นำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่ให้รายละเอียดถึงหลักการ แนวคิด และการตัดสินใจยังมีอยู่น้อยมาก บทความนี้จึงทำการรวบรวมประเด็นที่น่าสนใจในแง่ของการตัดสินใจด้านจริยธรรมการแพทย์ในการช่วยเหลือในภาวะภัยพิบัติ และการบริหารจัดการความขัดแย้งด้านจริยธรรมที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ซึ่งมีผลนำไปสู่การออกแบบการปฏิบัติการ รวมถึงรายละเอียดเฉพาะด้านขององค์ความรู้เวชศาสตร์ใต้น้ำที่นำมาใช้ในการช่วยเหลือครั้งนี้ อันจะเป็นบทเรียนให้กับผู้ปฏิบัติการดำน้ำกู้ภัยได้เรียนรู้ต่อไป
