บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินทางน้ำและทะเลและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลการเรียนกับการรับรู้สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินทางน้ำและทะเลของนักเรียนจ่าทหารเรือ หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินการแพทย์ โรงเรียนนาวิกเวชกิจ ศูนย์วิทยาการ กรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินทางน้ำและทะเล ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า นักเรียนจ่าทหารเรือมีการรับรู้สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินทางน้ำและทะเล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 4.25, SD = 0.56) โดยด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ แนวทางการช่วยชีวิตทางน้ำ (Mean = 4.32, SD = 0.59 ส่วนด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ แนวทางการลำเลียงและการส่งต่อทางน้ำ (Mean = 4.14, SD = 0.61) คะแนนรวมภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติหัวข้อการปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินทางน้ำและทะเล ผลการเรียนวิชาเวชศาสตร์ทางทะเล และผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยตลอดหลักสูตร (GPAX) ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์การรับรู้สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉินทางน้ำและทะเล
